Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing EngQuestHub for your learning and professional needs. We offer both digital products (courses, MCQs) and professional consultancy services (proposals, reports). Because our products are digital and our services are labor-intensive, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Products (Short Courses & MCQs)

Due to the digital nature of our short courses on Spoken/Written English and our MCQ sets for competitive exams (SSC, Banking, UPSC):

• No Refunds: All sales of digital products and downloadable materials are final. Once access is granted or the file is downloaded, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or credit.

• Access Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course or downloading your MCQs, please contact us at contact@engquesthub.com within 48 hours of purchase, and we will ensure the issue is resolved.

2. Professional Services (Proposals, Reports, Presentations)

For project-based work, including Writing Proposals, Concept Notes, Annual Reports, and Presentations for NGOs or institutions:

• Service Fees: Once work has commenced on a project, the initial deposit or full payment is non-refundable, as it covers the research and labor hours already invested.

• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a project before work has begun, a full refund may be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.

• Revisions: We are committed to quality. Most project packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Custom Quiz & MCQ Development

For institutions or individuals requesting custom-made Quizzes or MCQ banks:

• These are considered "Work for Hire" and are non-refundable once the final draft has been delivered.

• If a project is cancelled mid-way, the client is liable for payment for the portion of the work completed.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We value our community's trust. Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of EngQuestHub only in the following cases:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice.

• Non-Delivery: If, due to a technical error on our part, you never received the digital product or service promised.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay) may be deducted from the refund amount.
